Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Application Architect (Java) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Development of front and backend website architecture as well as production of software architecture documents;
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Create designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components;
- Analysis design and implementations of services and composites in SOA context (BPMN BPEL SCA);
- Production of use case models software architecture documents design and analysis models implementation models.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
- Proficiency with fundamental frontend languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS;
- Good knowledge with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular and Bootstrap;
- Proficiency with backend languages / frameworks such as Java PHP Spring boot Vaadin Hibernate;
- Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle MongoDB;
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN;
- In depth knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g RUP);
- Experience of Workflow applications and complex UI interface development;
- Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns;
- Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;
- Good knowledge of applications design and modelling tools;
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture;
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS and business process analysis;
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services message oriented middleware service oriented bus event architecture);
- Excellent command of the English language.
