Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk St. Charles Illinois
McGrath Honda of St. Charles is looking for aFullTime Accounts payable/Receivable Clerkto join our team! Our dealership is consistently growing and our Accounts payable/Receivable clerk is a big part of our team. We will be moving very soon to our new larger location and we need to fill a lot of positions.

Responsibilities
Prepares accounts payable checks
Posts all open items in accounts payable daily
Daily receipt of money we receive
Daily Deposits
Reconcile Statement and ledger making sure that the payments are consistent with the schedules
