Job Description
Zoox is getting ready for commercial service and were seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the roadmap for missioncritical products to enable our launch and lay the foundation for our longterm business. This PM will work backwards from the customer with talented software and data engineers data scientists program and product managers to develop and launch products that will enable us to delight customers. We are looking for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who excel in a rapidly changing environment.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Zoox youre a customerobsessed visionary who transforms innovative ideas into fully realized products. You have deep technical expertise and look around corners to deliver longterm scalable products and features. You are skilled at working crossfunctionally and building repeatable processes to drive efficiency across your own and partner teams. You have delivered new customer features end to end from concept to postlaunch iteration.
In this role you will:
- Identify major opportunities and craft product vision strategies and roadmaps that align with Zooxs strategic objectives.
- Leverage understanding of Zooxs market position to deliver industryleading products that align with our mission.
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment where processes are flexible and innovative solutions are essential.
- Utilize data research and market insights to guide product strategies and development plans.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to define product requirements manage resources and meet key milestones.
- Integrate user research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance usability and customer delight.
- Develop and analyze metrics to gauge product success and track performance indicators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years in product management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working with a technical team to define and execute product vision and requirements
- Experience translating diverse requirements into actionable product solutions and tradeoffs
- Extremely comfortable with data and can navigate complex tradeoffs in a structured way
Preferred Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Analytics Mathematics Physics Applied Sciences
- MBA
- Experience in AV or mobility industries
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from$190000 $240000. A signon bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
