Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Technology Sales Professional youll assist in daily retail operations providing outstanding customer service representing the Cellcom brand with integrity and offering personalized product recommendations. Were seeking individuals with a high school education 12 years of retail experience and familiarity with cellular phones with potential earnings averaging $21$26 per hour through base pay and commissions uncapped to incentivize our high achievers.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist in daytoday operations at Cellcom retail stores including customer assistance inquiries and representing the brand with integrity and knowledge.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs through lifestyle questions and offering personalized product and service recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends to empower customers with suitable solutions.
Collaborate with team members and perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Employees may be required to assist at different retail locations in addition to their usual work location.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
12 years of retail or related experience demonstrating customer service skills.
Proficiency in using cellular phones and basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
Goaldriven mindset with the ability to exceed sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
A successful candidate for this role would be a goaloriented individual with excellent communication skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to adapt to a fastpaced retail environment.
