Leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects at JP Morgan Chase within Neovest. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster growth and innovation while managing highperforming teams and resources effectively.
As a Lead Technical Program Manager within Neovest you will be responsible for delivering complex technology projects and programs that align with business goals. Your expertise in technical principles and leadership will be crucial in developing innovative solutions and managing resources budgets and teams. You will navigate through ambiguity and change ensuring technology initiatives meet business objectives. Your advanced communication and stakeholder management skills will foster productive relationships and influence decisionmaking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans ensuring ontime delivery of technology solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define program scope objectives and deliverables.
- Contribute to the evolution of PMO/Agile best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Utilize analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement datadriven optimizations.
- Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- 8 years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
- Advanced experience in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) for and delivery.
- Proven ability to manage resources budgets and highperforming teams in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problemsolving techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Knowledge in the Financial Services industry focusing on Capital Markets.
- Experience managing delivery using Atlassian Tools (e.g. Jira).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
