DESCRIPTION
The Shipping Clerk serves as the primary clerical representative for shipping purposes. This individual creates and manages documents as the bill of ladings for the Plant prints and reviews and receives invoices.

Prepares and manages documents such as work orders bill of ladings or shipping orders.
Prints and reviews employee time sheets
Receives and manages invoices.
Initiates payroll deductions for Fastenal Machine.
Updates employees schedules from Microsoft Excel to Microsoft Access.
Examines records such as invoices or orders to verify accuracy.
Records shipment data for recordkeeping purposes.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Word Excel Access and Outlook is preferred.
Epicor experience preferred.
Regular reliable attendance is required.
