Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in a fastpaced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Worker you will play a crucial role in the success of our operations by efficiently managing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include picking packing and preparing orders for shipment ensuring that all items are handled safely and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pick and pack orders accurately following company procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and practices in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and counting.
