Job Title: Medical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Hertford
Salary: c.5575k DOE

Duties Include:
- Compiling evidence in support of a claim
- Evaluating the merits of a claim
- Identifying legal and medical issues
- Calculating appropriate damages
- Drafting a schedule of loss
- Drafting statements
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts
- Instructing and liaising with Counsel
- Communicating and negotiating with Defendant Solicitors
- Communicating with clients
- Complying with Civil Procedure Rules and Court directions
- Providing guidance and support to junior fee earners
- Identifying building and nurturing contacts to promote the development of work type
- Leading structured business development initiatives to generate referrals and build connections
