Position Summary:Responsible fordaily epoxy flooring installation.Completing full onsite customer installations as well as product sizing adjustments and customizing using provided equipment. While maintaininga whiteglove customer service experience 100 of the time.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:

• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
• Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes
• Provide excellent customer service experience while on the job site
• Follow established job site safety rules PPE policies OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
• Solve onsite installation challenges through product measuring adjustments and customizations including use of essential hand tools and batteryoperated tools
• Must be able to operate a companyprovisioned vehicle
• Must hold a valid drivers license.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of experience preferred epoxy flooring &/orresidential remodelingconstruction background
• Ability to operate a company vehicle
• Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail
• Communication presentation and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highenergy teamoriented environment and have a roll up your sleeves and today not tomorrow mentality.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status).

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

• Additional Hours May Be Required (Exempt Positions)

Physical Requirements

• Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment
• Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
• Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally &/orup to 50 pounds of force frequently &/orup to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
