About the Role:

This key position is based at our Para Hills West Head Office you will work with all areas of the business maintaining the Quality Management System. You will plan manage and undertake the internal audit program assess and mitigate risk ensure documents are controlled undertake root cause analysis drive improvements and ensure certification with ISO 9001.

Skills and Duties:

You will be required to:

  • Conduct internal compliance audits and provide constructive feedback to Employees Supervisors and Managers on areas for improvement
  • Monitor and report on all aspects of the implementation and compliance to the Divisions Quality Management System coupled with the development and delivery of quality assurance education programs provide training and guidance on quality procedures and systems as needed
  • Gather and analyse data from different sources to produce meaningful reports
  • Manage and educate on document control across the organisation
  • Undertake nonconformance analysis and determine root cause and develop corrective action plans ensuring alignment with global standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Exceptional communication skills including advanced written and oral presentation skills stakeholder management coupled with a proactive consultative approach and dedication to continuous improvement
  • A Lead Auditor qualification within ISO 9001
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret technical documentation along with proficiency in quality control auditing and root cause analysis
  • Strong MS Office skills particularly Word
  • Ideally have knowledge and experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Visio.
