What will I be doing
Build and refine core SaaS and generative AI features through collaborative coding and code reviews.
Partner with product and design teams to plan develop and implement features.
Sharpen technical and leadership skills in a fastpaced highperformance environment.
Contribute to discussions on backend/frontend best practices and team culture.

Backend: Ruby on Rails
Frontend: React with TypeScript

What skills do I need
Passion for startups and a desire to thrive in a fastmoving environment.
5 years of experience building highquality productionready software.
Good understanding of distributed systems and REST API design principles.
Strong expertise in relational databases.
Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive impactful outcomes.

This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US.
At this time WorkRamp does not sponsor work visas.
$180 $200 a year
Compensation
WorkRamp is committed to fair equitable and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors such as your relevant work experience education certifications and skills. The salary range for this role is $180000$200000 annually.
Employees at WorkRamp may be eligible for additional compensation such as a bonus commission and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits including medical retirement financial wellness time off employee perks and others. The full comp package designated for this role can be discussed with your Recruiter during the interview process.
