The Health Care Center (HCC) Administration Team oversees administrative operations manages resources and supports clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care at SAS onsite Health Care Center.
As an intern you might:
- Engage with SAS employees and promote the HCC and global wellbeing events and programs via a monthly HCC Happenings newsletter and Viva Engage posts.
- Produce promotional and clinical staff bio videos to boost awareness and increase our patient population.
- Assist with redesigning the HCC website (WordPress).
- Perform general office duties including processing mail producing and duplicating documents ordering supplies and equipment and arranging for equipment repair.
- Input data into software applications verify accuracy and generate requested reports.
- Assist department staff with administrative tasks using online applications.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external guests while providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Type: Associate Bachelors
- Targeted majors: Business Administration Health Care Administration Health Care Management Public Health Communications
- Youre a college student enrolled in an accredited program not graduating prior to December 2025.
- Strong problemsolving writing interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Youre curious passionate authentic and accountable. These are ourvaluesand influence everything we do.
- Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate youll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
- Youre interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Canva or WordPress

This internship will be a inperson position based in Cary NC.

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicants year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 $31 for associates/bachelors level positions and $29 $49/hour for masters/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
