Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketingto lead the development and of datadriven strategies that accelerate customer acquisition retention and revenue growth. Reporting to theGlobal Chief Marketing Officer this leader will take a highly analytical and performancefocused approach to scaling demand generation and optimizing conversion acrossboth the Xometry Marketplace and Thomasnet advertising platform.

The ideal candidate is an analytical marketer with deep expertise ingrowth strategy performance marketing fullfunnel optimization marketing analytics and automation. They will own the roadmap for scaling customer acquisition throughpaid media SEO experimentation marketing operations and strategic partnerships. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fastpaced marketplacedriven environment and can collaborate crossfunctionally with product sales and data teams to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the growth marketing strategyto drive measurable customer acquisition engagement and revenue growth.
  • Own demand generationacross digital channels including paid search paid social display and retargeting.
  • Optimize fullfunnel performancefrom brand awareness to lead generation conversion and customer retention.
  • Lead performance marketing and SEO effortsensuring a datadriven approach to customer acquisition.
  • Develop and scale strategic channel partnershipsto drive new customer acquisition and expand market reach.
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation(A/B testing CRO personalization) to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing technology (MarTech) stackensuring bestinclass tools for attribution automation and personalization.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation systems including Salesforce and Marketoto drive efficiency personalization and lead nurturing.
  • Partner with Sales Product and Data teamsto improve conversion rates and enhance the customer experience.
  • Own budget and forecastingfor growth marketing initiatives ensuring efficient ROI and cost optimization.
  • Build mentor and scale a highperforming growth marketing teamwhile fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experiencein growth marketing demand generation or performance marketing preferably in a highly competitiveB2B ecommerce or marketplaceenvironment.
  • Proven track record inscaling acquisition and revenue growththrough paid media SEO experimentation and strategic partnerships.
  • Highly analytical mindsetwith experience indatadriven decisionmaking experimentation and attribution modeling.
  • Deep expertise inGoogle Ads LinkedIn Ads SEO programmatic and performancedriven media buying.
  • Experience leadingfullfunnel marketing strategies optimizing conversion rates and maximizing customer retention.
  • Proficiency inmarketing automation CRM and analytics tools including Salesforce Marketo Google Analytics and Looker.
  • Strong understanding ofmarketing analytics A/B testing attribution models and multitouch measurement.
  • Ability tocollaborate crossfunctionallywith product sales and data teams in a fastmoving environment.
  • Experience managingbudgets forecasting and performance KPIswith a strong focus on ROI.
  • Leadership experiencewith a track record of hiring and developing highperforming teams.
