About the Role:
A leading oil & gas company in Thailand is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead endtoend SAP implementations. This role is ideal for Thai candidates with 8 years of SAP project management experience strong leadership skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Initiation Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project & Monitoring Lead SAP project teams in the design development and implementation of SAP modules.
- Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact between business units technical teams and external vendors.
- Budget & Resource Management Oversee project budgeting resource allocation and cost control.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Management Ensure highquality SAP implementation and mitigate project risks.
- Team Leadership & Development Build and manage highperforming SAP project teams.
- Change Management Drive SAPrelated change initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Open to Thai candidates only
- 8 years of experience in SAP project management and endtoend implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO MM SD PP WM and other SAP modules
- Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies
- Expertise in project planning budgeting resource management and risk mitigation
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage technical and business teams
