Job Title: Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a dynamic real estate investment firm specializing in land acquisitions. The team is focused on identifying evaluating and acquiring properties efficiently leveraging strong market insights and strategic outreach.

Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist you will play a key role in sourcing and qualifying potential property sellers through outbound SMS and phone outreach. Your ability to build rapport identify motivated sellers and maintain accurate CRM records will directly impact the success of the acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with property owners through SMS and calls to identify potential sellers.
  • Qualify landowners based on specific criteria and transition them to a phone conversation when needed.
  • Collect and verify property details to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Schedule calls with the Acquisition Manager and ensure timely followups.
  • Generate reports on lead status and conversion rates.
  • Navigate objections and handle conversations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to transition qualified leads seamlessly.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker and writer with strong conversational skills.
  • Experience in texting cold calling telemarketing or customer service.
  • Strong ability to handle objections build rapport and engage leads.
  • Techsavvy with CRM experience (Follow Up Boss preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized detailoriented and selfmotivated.


NicetoHaves:

  • Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Roor SMS outreach.
