- Translate access target into evidence generation and HTA strategy.
- Empower NRDL submission with solid HTA outcome. Able to design and lead HTA research projects ensuring smooth project management and delivering model and dossier that support NRDL ambition.
- Seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams in China and HEOR colleagues in global to maximize teamwork.
- Build and maintain good relationship with HTA experts.
- Support access strategy development for pipeline assets informing global development and early evidence plan.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Health Economics Public Health or related fields.
- 3 years of relevant experience in pharma companies or consulting firms with hands-on HTA experience. Project management experience preferred.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present modeling and technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fast learner self-motivating proactive and ability to work under pressure and master ambiguity.
- Excellence in people interaction and partnership establishment both with internal and external stakeholders.
