We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support Project and Program Managers with daytoday project management tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong coordination communication and problemsolving skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project and Program Managers in coordinating and executing project plans.
- Schedule attend and actively participate in planning and collaboration meetings.
- Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for management.
- Support project teams in tracking deadlines risks and issues.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure adherence to frameworks and methodologies.
- Provide administrative and governance support for project initiatives.
- Assist in the selection setup and use of project management tools.
- Review evaluate and recommend improvements to project processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Experience supporting large diverse programs with established project management frameworks.
- Proven ability to track project budgets and schedules.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience preparing reports and briefing materials.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Project Management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Public Sector.
- Certification from a recognized project management accreditation body such as PMI (PMP CAPM) or PRINCE2.
