Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support Project and Program Managers with daytoday project management tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong coordination communication and problemsolving skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project and Program Managers in coordinating and executing project plans.
  • Schedule attend and actively participate in planning and collaboration meetings.
  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports for management.
  • Support project teams in tracking deadlines risks and issues.
  • Maintain program documentation and ensure adherence to frameworks and methodologies.
  • Provide administrative and governance support for project initiatives.
  • Assist in the selection setup and use of project management tools.
  • Review evaluate and recommend improvements to project processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Experience supporting large diverse programs with established project management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to track project budgets and schedules.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience preparing reports and briefing materials.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across teams.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of Project Management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Public Sector.
  • Certification from a recognized project management accreditation body such as PMI (PMP CAPM) or PRINCE2.
