As a shift leader at Firehouse Subs you will guide and direct our crew through their tasks and ensure a welcoming guest experience by delivering hearty and flavorful food with heartfelt service. The shift leader will also perform everyday crew member tasks such as taking orders making subs cleaning and preparing food.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of employees with a positive attitude.
Maintain an organized stocked and sanitary work space.
Communicate effectively with guests addressing all questions and concerns.
Maintain a safe work environment adhering to all food and safety guidelines.
Complete all other tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Proficiency in cash handling and experience with POS system.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
