You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDPL s Rebel gang is expanding! We are looking for a talented Production Support Engineer to join our team for the night shift. In this role you ll be responsible for investigating reproducing and resolving complex technical issues that impact our customers ensuring smooth operation of our production systems and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Ensure production systems are running smoothly and performing optimally.
Collaborate with the Customer Support team to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues or bugs.
Work with development teams to identify document and remediate frequently occurring issues.
Respond to user support queries promptly and professionally.
Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks or performance bottlenecks.
Recommend and implement system improvements where necessary.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with developers and other stakeholders.
Cooperate with various departments to resolve issues reported by the Customer Support team.
Review and analyze incidents to identify patterns and recurring problems.
Suggest process and procedural enhancements to improve support efficiency and system stability.
Continuously learn to stay current with product releases technological changes and best practices.
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience with .NET Core and Angular development.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in C# with .NET Core.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Experience in developing and maintaining Web APIs.
Familiarity with Identity Framework for authentication and authorization.
Hands-on experience with ORM tools like Dapper and Entity Framework.
Expertise in C# API development for integration with UI and external services.
Front-end experience with Angular 18 or React JS.
Solid knowledge of:
JavaScript
HTML / CSS
HTTP Client
JSON
Web Services
Experience working with relational and non-relational databases:
MySQL
MongoDB
HBase
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Persistence and perseverance in problem-solving.

Experience with AWS cloud services.
Familiarity with DevOps practices or version control systems like Git.
