Apple Roofing is currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity to oversee commercial roofing projects and ensure their successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Allocate resources and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Resolve any project issues or conflicts that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial roofing
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation processes
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to problemsolve and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- OSHA certification preferred
