Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

Completes broad variety of administrative tasks to the CEO & President: manages calendar phone calls prepares/processes correspondence prepares/reviews/approves expense reports process/approve invoices and purchase orders processes Human Resources Personnel Requisitions / Change In Status requests arrange travel plans communicates directly on his behalf organize meetings keep the CEO & President well informed of commitments deadlines issues and resolutions.

Organize attend and prepare minutes / presentations for Ring Power Corporation Board of Directors meetings. Maintains corporate documentation.

Maintains confidentiality of all documents files and correspondence.

Completes a variety of administrative tasks/requests between personal entities and various Ring Power Departments.

Maintains records for personal tax returns and assets (real estate / insurance / automobiles / boats / equipment) Files medical/dental claims to be reimbursed.

Mantains Company Policies (Hard copy binders and online posting on the Intranet).

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Formal Education Bachelors Degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study

Experience 15 or more years

Required / Credentials

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Office 365 Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Outlook etc.

Highly proficient in Quicken

Experience in executive personal assistance

Able to prioritize multiple activities

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements occasionally change requiring retraining to stay current every 35 years.
