  • Parramatta location preferred with hybrid working supported
  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $145378 to $168130 super and annual leave loading

Our Corporate and Enabling Services area is growing and we are seeking to appoint an experienced Accommodation Manager to support our broad and multifaceted department.

About the Role

In this exciting new position you will oversee all leasing property management and compliance activities for our extensive portfolio. Youll address accommodation needs monitor space utilisation and manage relocations and building restacks all while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and policies.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and oversee our Strategic Property Plan ensuring key objectives are met across commercial retail and residential properties.
  • Create and implement a reporting framework for highlevel analytical reports on Strategic Property Plan outcomes and leasing program success.
  • Lead negotiations and execute lease agreements to deliver statewide commercial returns
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs manage accommodation requirements and mitigate risks.
  • Make independent decisions while collaborating with stakeholders to gather diverse information and views.
  • Will have accountability for providing highquality advice and successfully delivering projects/programs on time and within budget.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experiencein leading the development and delivery of innovative best practices in managing commercial agreements and contracts including lease arrangements property management utilities access rights and easements.
  • Comprehensive knowledgeof commercial property management processes legal standards relevant legislation financial systems and property management principles.
  • Aproven track recordof negotiating financially robust agreements and delivering exceptional results.
