SENCO / Special Educational Needs Coordinator SN15
Looking to make a genuine impact on childrens lives My client a warm and inclusive primary school is searching for a passionate SENCO to join their dedicated team. In this parttime permanent role youll be at the heart of shaping the educational journey for students with special needs working closely with the school community to ensure every child has the support they need.

What Youll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating SEN provision across the school to ensure the best outcomes for children with special educational needs.
- Collaborating with teachers parents and external agencies to support the wellbeing and progress of students.
- Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and monitoring the progress of SEN students.
- Providing guidance and support to staff on SENrelated issues.
- Ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experienced SENCO or practitioner passionate about making a difference in the lives of SEN students.
- Excellent communicator organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Empathetic and positive with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexible and teamoriented with a great sense of humor.
