Job Description
Liquid Johnnys in Milwaukee WI is looking for one bartender to join our 23 person strong team. The position is pick up basis with opportunity to get set shifts. Must be available nights and weekends. Must be able to obtain Milwaukee bartending license. We are located at 540 South 76th Street across the street from WI State Fair park. Our ideal candidate is selfdriven punctual and engaged. Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages
- Interact with customers take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Must be able to obtain Milwaukee bartending license
- Must be available for nights and weekends
