Job Description:
Acura of Memphis is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a strong understanding of finance programs and a proven ability to successfully process and submit credit applications. This individual must be committed to ensuring our clients are wellprotected by offering and explaining various mechanical failure coverages and other financial protection products.
Responsibilities:
- Secure financing for customers by working with multiple lenders.
- Submit and process credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products including extended warranties GAP insurance and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations.
- Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by explaining financial products clearly and transparently.
- Maintain strong lender relationships to secure competitive financing options for clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends lender programs and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive Finance Manager or F&I professional.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing lending practices and compliance regulations.
- Must be proficient in Darwin with the ability to generate a Darwin menu and present it.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and finance platforms.
- Experience with Dealertrack and VinSolutions is a plus.
