Your Role & Impact
As an Indirect Buyer Planner II you will be a strategic procurement partnerdriving cost efficiencies optimizing supplier partnerships and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your mission is to deliver measurable value by leading sourcing initiatives negotiating contracts and driving strategic procurement decisions that impact multiple departments.

Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):
- Achieve Cost Savings: Identify & execute sourcing strategies that meet company savings targets.
- Contract Compliance & Engagement: Ensure 80 engagement across all contracts while adhering to procurement policies.
- Procurement Process Optimization: Reduce inefficiencies and drive process improvements across all purchasing activities.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong supplier relationships while aligning with internal business needs.
- Strategic Impact: Use datadriven insights to enhance procurement performance and decisionmaking.
Ongoing
- Lead category planning & sourcing strategies to align with business goals.
- Manage RFP processes evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contract terms to maximize value.
- Serve as a procurement ambassador working crossfunctionally to provide procurement with best practices.
Performance Based Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 3 years in procurement supply chain or related fields with a strong record of negotiation & cost savings.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess market trends and provide datadriven recommendations.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple procurement initiatives across various departments.
- Collaboration & Influence: Ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to problemsolving process improvement and innovation.
