Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer youll be the detective behind the scenes creating Market Insights and uncovering top talent across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Your mission:
Inflate the pipeline. Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels to keep our talent pool fresh and diverse.
Gain market insights. Research and analyze talent market trends to provide actionable insights for the recruitment strategy.
Screen candidates effectively. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates fit and potential for various roles.
Adapt sourcing strategies. Quickly pivot sourcing strategies based on realtime results and shifting priorities across departments.
Your ideal profile:
Sourcing expertise. You bring proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
Analytical mindset. You can interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication. Youre skilled at engaging candidates and conducting compelling initial interviews.
Flexibility & agility. Youre comfortable switching focus and supporting multiple departments as recruitment needs evolve.
