Pickerings is a leading supplier of highquality temporary buildings. We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base including schools needing extra classrooms commercial businesses needing additional office space and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities.
The Role
Reporting to our Regional Directors you will use your technical expertise to advise our business development and construction teams from planning through to installation of large and complex modular building projects.
You will undertake critical assessment of designs and specifications to ensure conformity to regulations and client expectations.
Youll also conduct site inspections and participate in stakeholder meetings before during and after construction to ensure projects are planned and executed safely timely and quality standards are met and best practices are identified.
About You
Youll have extensive experience of successfully managing the construction and completion of projects within the modular building industry.
You will have a breadth of construction based technical knowledge and will hold an Appointed Person and a Level 6 Construction Management qualification.
Youll be able to communicate effectively and professionally to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients senior management and construction teams.
This role has a national remit so you will need to be prepared to travel extensively and undertake overnight stays.
