Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled JIRA Administrator. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our JIRA environment to support our agile development processes.
Requirements
- Experience in JIRA administration in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of JIRA workflows custom fields screens and permissions.
- Ability to configure JIRA to support agile software development processes.
- Experience with JIRA plugins and addons such as JIRA Service Desk and JIRA Portfolio.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience providing JIRA training and support to users.
- Knowledge of other Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Bitbucket is a plus.
