We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business and maintaining existing accounts. This role requires a strong focus on sales with a preference for individuals with a proven track record of revenue production.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business plan to bring in new business
Manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships
Quote new and renewal business with a focus on revenue generation
Travel as needed for client meetings and work events
Qualifications/Requirements
Active L&H (Life & Health) license
5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of revenue production
Experience with EPIC software is preferred
Ability to work in a hybrid remote and inoffice setting
Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $60K$120K (based on experience) commission opportunities.
