About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Employee Relations Specialist to our Auto Manufacturing Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies to promote a positive engaging and compliant workplace environment.
- Manage employee complaints labor disputes and other employee relations matters to ensure harmonious working relationships.
- Organize employee satisfaction surveys and exit interviews analyze results and recommend actionable improvements.
- Plan and deliver corporate culture and employee engagement activities that strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging.
- Support and conduct disciplinary procedures and investigations related to employee conduct and performance.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Psychology Law or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in employee relations HR or similar roles; experience in manufacturing or large-scale operations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Hungarian labor laws employment regulations and relevant legal frameworks.
- Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly and professionally.
- High sense of responsibility professional ethics and a proactive team-oriented mindset.
