Job Description
Emerald Crest of Minnetonkais hiring a passionateFullTime Activities Coordinator to join our team this role you will lead the campus to offer Emerald Crest residents with dependable enriching and thoughtful programming in a comfortable respectful and kind atmosphere by using Emerald Crests unique staged programming model. This position plays an essential role in bringing to life the mission and values of Cassia to guide the Activities team to provide the highest level of customer excellence to our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for engaging residents guiding activity assistants and caregivers in delivery of activities planning supplemental activities and leaving a lasting positive impact in the lives of all we serve. This is a FullTime benefit eligible position working Monday through Friday. Shift:Day. With a $2000 Bonus!
Activities Coordinatorskills and requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Activity experience in Assisted Living Memory Care or Skilled Nursing required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for engaging older adults with memory loss.
- Demonstrated alignment with Cassias mission and values.
