A Medical Device Consultant is someone who has worked as a Product Development Engineer Quality Engineer Quality Manager or similar position in the medical device industry. Our team of Medical Device veterans exists within Greenlight Guru to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes using our software. As part of the Professional Services team a Medical Device Consultant is responsible for guiding Medical Device companies through their journey of using the Greenlight Guru eQMS to achieve and maintain their compliance goals and document their design and development activities.

This role is responsible for the following:

• Own the customer experience by providing initial and ongoing Medical Device quality and product developmentrelated services to customers. Services may include onboarding QMS document integration implementation process change management coaching and gap analysis.
• Ensure customers are most effectively utilizing their Greenlight Guru eQMS in accordance with Medical Device industry best practices to drive compliance with ISO 13485 FDA 21 CFR 820 ISO 14971 EU MDR/IVDR and other relevant markets.
• Work closely with customer teams to understand their business objectives pain points and measures of success.
• Lead endtoend customer implementation projects collaborating with customers internal stakeholders and the Professional Services team to ensure the successful adoption of Greenlight Guru. Effectively manage customer risks and provide regular status updates to all involved parties.
• Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with strategic calls and customer milestone reviews as needed to examine customer progress toward the desired outcomes evaluate/meet needs identify risk factors and suggest areas of optimization and improvement.
• Serve as a key thought leader in the Medical Device industry helping to produce and review marketing collateral such as articles/blogs podcasts webinars recorded trainings and more.
• Assist the Product team with roadmap prioritization feature scoping and product feedback as an industry subject matter expert.
• Creation and maintain the Greenlight Guru Academy training materials and courses including video tutorials and articles.
• Adhere to process and the usage of critical systems including Salesforce and the Customer Success platform Gainsight.

How we will measure the success in this role:

• Customer achievement of their desired eQMS and Medical Device industry outcomes.
• Customer adoption of Greenlight Guru eQMS software.
• Renewal of the Greenlight Guru eQMS software for the Consultants assigned customers as well as the customers expansion into other modules.
• Positive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3 years working in the medical device industry preferably with a role of Product Development Engineer Quality Engineer Quality Manager or similar.

This is a remote role and will be located within a commutable distance of Indianapolis Atlanta Chicago OR Boston areas. The base salary range for this role is $90000 $100000. Actual base salary is determined by factors such as but not limited to experience education skills and geographic location. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
