Job Summary

My Client is seeking a highly motivated and driven graduate for the position of RX Representative. This role provides an excellent entrylevel opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for healthcare pharmacology and sales. No prior experience is required but candidates must possess a strong academic background excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

The RX Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling prescription medications to healthcare professionals establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists and driving sales within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell prescription medications to doctors specialists and pharmacists.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Educate HCPs on product benefits indications and proper usage.
  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity market trends and customer needs.
  • Organize and participate in medical workshops conferences and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical sales practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Medical Sciences Pharmacy (BPharm) Biology or a related field (Must be completed).
  • No prior experience requiredcomprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must reside in the area where applying.
  • Valid drivers license and access to reliable transport are required due to the nature of the role
  • Willingness to commit to a threeyear workback agreement.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Passion for pharmacology medical sales and healthcare advancements.
  • Ability to work independently manage a territory and meet sales goals.
  • High level of professionalism ethics and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) for reporting and presentations.
