About the Position:
As a Travel Consultant youll support clients in designing and booking their ideal trips offering expert advice to ensure every journey is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with booking flights accommodations and tours tailored to their needs
- Offer personalized travel suggestions based on each clients preferences and budget
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Handle booking issues and resolve travelrelated concerns with care and efficiency
- Stay informed about travel trends special offers and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions preferences and bookings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problemsolving multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
