- Responsible in managing company’s ERP system
- To lead and improve the organization use BaaN ERP system to an optimum manner
- Manage and guide BaaN key users on administrating BaaN ERP System
- Communicate with external parties to provide support in operational matters
- Ensure the compliance of the site with One ETG in BaaN and to support the improvement
- Maintain the parameters, static tables and roles according to One ETG guidelines
- Execute & control all changes in the system
