Job Description
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis. Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
- Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas.
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years.
- Contractor & Real Estate Experience is a must.
- CFA is mandatory.
- ERP - SAP System is preferred.
