Job Description
- Continuously examines and recommends improvement opportunities related to service quality and operational processes in order to increase customer satisfaction
- Works closely with the Strategic Planning Department in the development of all market researches and provides sufficient/timely feedback
- Ensures collaboration across departments to broaden the spectrum of sales
- Ensures the department is compliant with company policies
- Ensures the confidentiality of the Company’s information and enhances the Company’s reputation
- Identify training needs of the sales staff in coordination with HR
- Evaluates the performance of Showroom Managers and provides sufficient feedback and development opportunities
