Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management.
- Solid background in the hospitality and or retail field.
- Ability to deal with the volatility of customers, supervisors, and employees.
- Knowledge of the local business and market conditions.
- Very good command of English and Arabic (Reading and Writing).
- Knowledge of HACCP standards. Apply to those who need the above conditions
