System & Network Engineer

Job Description

• Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory for various third-party applications.
• Maintain all monitoring servers through active participation and maintain tape library and ensure better network systems.
• Maintain and update knowledge on all LAN and WAN operating systems and assist employees in installing indoor and outdoor IT networks.
• Develop and upgrade an efficient network and perform troubleshoot on various network processes with help of monitoring tools.
• Perform troubleshoot and resolve complicated problems in relation to LAN and WAN systems.
• Coordinate with departments and implement all network and system hardware and software and administer all operations.
• Coordinate with various departments and establish effective communication with service providers to provide quality service.
• Design and implement effective management information systems for various data protection systems.
• Monitor and manage computer operation systems, provide backup, and assist in technical retrieval functions.

Job Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the Windows/Linux operating systems and a solid understanding of networking concepts
• Experience with load balancing technologies like NGINX, HTTP Proxy, AWS ELB, or Citrix NetScalers.
• Strong experience in virtualization to manages data storage, server resources, and other virtual computing platforms including data migration, virtual machine set-up and training, troubleshooting end-user problems, and designing assessment tools for storage and visualization applications
• Strong experience in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of a cloud network, as well as various other cloud services.
• Understanding of routing protocols to help facilitate troubleshooting and remediation of networking issues
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant software or automation of large-scale systems.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise in building complex distributed systems, designing large scale networks
