Call Center Representative

Job Description

• Handles all the incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
• Keep up to date with all the services and products
• Fully understand both individual and company objectives and works on achieving them effectively and efficiently
• Maintains call center database by entering information
• Ensure prompt and professional response to internal queries.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the call centers is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly respectful and trust worthy
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
