Production Engineer - Powder Coating

Job Description

• Lead the entire production team.
• Execute daily objectives and communicate them to the production supervisor . (according to the weekly production plan).
• Prepare the work orders for each batch on IFS as per the weekly plan.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with the maintenance head for any preventive maintenance of the planet and machineries.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products
• Check production output according to specifications. (quantity & quality)
• Submit reports and Keep production logs.
• Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
• Assist the powder head in the development and implementation of production strategies with utilization maximum resources but minimum cost.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and work instructions.
• Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by powder head.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
• Proven experience as Production Engineer in powder coating field.
• Knowledge of Powder Coating production processes.
• Technical analyzing skills which can predict the production capacity of the plant and machineries.
• Able to use MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English both oral and written.
