- Creating product SOP’s to ensure hub and network Live operations are established.
- Ensure hub and network operations are compliant with product processes through the use of CAPA and continuous improvement methods.
- Implement and manage SLAs ensuring performance consistency.
- Ensure that a credible audit program for the products is integrated into the departments audit schedules for hub and network.
- Ensure Business Continuity Planning and Business Contingency Management in place for the Live products and aligned with business objectives.
