Job Description
- Handle external communications with governmental entities
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings and attend court hearings when required
- Meet with clients and offer legal representation to them in all governmental entities
- Follow up onclient’s debts collection
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
- Dealing with registration documentation, issues and disputes
- Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the company
- Prepare and present legal documents and required studies
- Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in law (English Section is preferred)
- Licensed to practice law
- From 7-9 years of solid-relevant experience in Egypt
- Previous experience as a corporate lawyer
- Very good command in English
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Solid legal knowledge, analytical skills, legal writing, and attention to details
