Job Description

Job Description

  • Handle external communications with governmental entities
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings
  • Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings and attend court hearings when required
  • Meet with clients and offer legal representation to them in all governmental entities
  • Follow up onclient’s debts collection
  • Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
  • Dealing with registration documentation, issues and disputes
  • Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the company
  • Prepare and present legal documents and required studies
  • Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in law (English Section is preferred)
  • Licensed to practice law
  • From 7-9 years of solid-relevant experience in Egypt
  • Previous experience as a corporate lawyer
  • Very good command in English
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Solid legal knowledge, analytical skills, legal writing, and attention to details
