- Train sales associates to maintain accurate workflow for all business transactions.
- Maintain an excellent environment to provide support to training activities and provide technical backup.
- Develop and maintain marketing strategies and assist employees and provide training to same.
- Monitor and provide authorization to ensure better cash register transaction inclusive of offering backup to employees.
- Provide high quality customer service to assist customers over phone.
- Maintain data to consumers and clients and inform on all product features.
- Assist other department to maintain and enhance better performance for company to ensure high quality production.
- Monitor efficient product quality mechanism and ensure flawless professional behavior to all clients.
