Lead and mentor Executive Chefs across various NEOM sites
Develop menus and systems that guarantee consistency quality and profitability
Drive food safety HACCP compliance and operational excellence
Collaborate on budget staffing and supply chain with the Project Manager
Champion innovation and sustainable practices in largescale food production
Cruise ship or multinational catering experience
10 15 years in culinary operations including team leadership
Culinary degree strong multicuisine background
Proven track record in volume production HACCP cost control
Fluent English 3rd party English certification required
