Job Description
- Assist in the daily operation monitoring and maintenance of information systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to end users resolving system issues or outages on time.
- Ensure system performance is optimized by troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems.
- Assist in audits and reviews related to information systems maintaining records as required for regulatory purposes.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and processes.
- Support the creation and maintenance of user manuals system documentation and training materials.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing system updates patches and software upgrades.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization of existing systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 12 years of experience in an IT or Information Systems support role (medical device industry experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of IT systems databases and networking.
