Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and load new building information including owner property and tenant details.
- Liaise with portfolio managers prior to the billing run to ensure all recoveries are correctly included in the appropriate billing period.
- Prepare all levy invoices including utilities and actively follow up on outstanding payments.
- Allocate receipts on a daily basis to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Review and follow up on overdue invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare reconciliation of the General Ledger accounts.
- Assist in the completion of monthend and yearend closing activities.
Requirements
- Financial Degree or Diploma
- 35 yrs Similar experience preferably in the Property Industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptability in changing environments
