Job Description

Our client an African Conglomerate company is seeking to hire a Chief Commercial Officer.

Job Summary:

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead business development enterprise sales and groupwide revenue generation. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior dealmaker unlocking markets building commercial partnerships and leading strategic expansion initiatives across Africa and globally. You must be a resultsdriven builder who can generate significant revenue while inspiring teams and converting vision into opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise and government sales efforts across all business units.
  • Identify and close largescale partnership licensing and expansion deals.
  • Create and manage revenue models that are scalable and sustainable.
  • Build and lead a highperformance sales and business development team.
  • Develop groupwide sales targets and reporting systems.
  • Cultivate relationships with global investors development partners and corporations.
  • Translate complex offerings into strategic value propositions for clients and stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 10 years of executivelevel business development or sales experience.
  • Track record of closing multimilliondollar deals or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in publicprivate partnerships government engagement or crosssector business models is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Global outlook with deep understanding of African markets.
  • Entrepreneurial persuasive and relentless in pursuit of opportunity.


10+ years of executive-level business development or sales experience. Track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals or strategic partnerships. Experience in public-private partnerships, government engagement, or cross-sector business models is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Global outlook with deep understanding of African markets. Entrepreneurial, persuasive, and relentless in pursuit of opportunity.
