Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a Multidisciplinary Drafter to create precise technical drawings for structural electrical fire safety and hydraulic systems using AutoCAD and Revit/3D tools. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate expertise in water cooling design fire safety methodologies (wet and dry systems) and adherence to industry standards. This role is critical for ensuring accurate project documentation supporting compliance with
safety regulations and enabling seamless of complex engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings for structural electrical fire safety and hydraulic systems using AutoCAD and Revit/3D software.
- Design water cooling systems and fire safety layouts (wet and dry systems) in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into actionable schematics and blueprints.
- Ensure adherence to methodologies for drafting detailing and documentation to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback site conditions or regulatory updates.
- Maintain organized records of project files revisions and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on advancements in drafting tools 3D modeling and industry best practices
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary drafting (structural electrical fire safety or hydraulic systems).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or 3D modeling tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of fire safety standards water cooling design principles and hydraulic systems.
- Strong attention to detail for errorfree documentation and compliance with project specifications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings engineering schematics and design briefs.
- Certifications in AutoCAD Revit or fire safety design are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: Work from Home but will eventually transition to Hybrid Set Up as the team grows
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime
